| What type of weather do you work in? |

We work in all types of weather. Dogs don’t stop their business and neither do we. If there is a large amount of snow, or freezing weather, we will need to delay service. If there is a need we will come out on the next service day.
 Winter Weather Policy  We will continue to clean your yard through out the winter months.
If we are unable to service your yard due to inclement weather (significant snow fall, temperatures below zero, or wind chill below zero) we will return on your next scheduled service day to remove all visible waste.
Please keep in mind that while Mother Nature may prevent us from servicing your yard on occasion, there are more serviceable days through out the winter than non-serviceable days. |

| Is there ever a contract to sign? |

| NEVER! You can start and stop services anytime you see fit. |

| Do you work weekends? |
| |
| Yes. If a weekend works better for you let us know. |

| Will you work with the dog(s) in the backyard? |
| |
| YES! We love dogs and look forward to seeing them however, if your dog is aggressive or territorial please leave them in the house or locked up. |

| Does the backyard gate need to be unlocked? |
| |
| One of the best parts of this service is you don’t have to be there when we are. Of course you can watch if you would like but that’s up to you. If you are not going to be home on your scheduled day please leave the gate unlocked or give us a key or combination to get in. We understand sometimes you may forget to unlock the gate so we won’t charge the first time this happens. Unfortunately there after we will charge our normal pick up rate. |

| What if I need to place my services on hold? |

| No problem, give us a call or email before your scheduled pick up to place you service on hold. |

| How do we start service? |
| |
| All you have to do is call! You can also use our "Sign Up" link located on the left of this page. We will schedule an initial appointment around your schedule to come out and meet you, your family and your
dog (s) so that you can feel comfortable with our company. We will be ready to start services at that appointment. |

| What are your billing policies? |
| |
| In order to best serve our customers we do require that customers prepay for their services. Statements will be mailed on the first of each month for the following month’s service. For example, we will send you out a bill on July 1st for August service. You then have the option of paying us by PayPal, debit or credit card through the "Pay Bill" link on the left of this page or you can send a check or money order to PO BOX 1091, Bellevue, NE, 68005. |

| What if I move? |

| If you move call us and let us know. It’s easy to transfer service to your new location. |

| Are my payments secure? |
| |
| YES! They are as secure as they get online as we utilize PayPal's© award winning financial services site that is recognized globally with over 164 million accounts worldwide. The best part is you don't even need a PayPal account to pay. PayPal even accepts credit/debit cards for your convenience. We use them to keep your transactions safe. We don't need your personal financial information, we just need your dog's doo! Kind of a weird tradeoff, huh? |
